Malang – The second activity of the Darmasiswa Culture Class was held on Tuesday, May 14th, 2019 at the Meeting Room of OIA UM, the 1st floor of Sasana Budaya Building. This activity was started at 09.00 and ended at 12.00.
The class was guided by Bapak Ponimin, one of the lecturers of Department of Art, Faculty of Letters, Universitas Negeri Malang. In this Pottery Class, Bapak Ponimin taught the Darmasiswa students to make a pottery. Darmasiswa students were taught about the materials needed, manufacturing techniques, and practicing of making pottery. Furthermore, they were also taught about forming ceramics and giving ornaments to ceramics that have been formed.
Finally, the class was closed by taking picture together and the participants brought each of their works of tembikar.
