Hi, OIA fellas!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

European Commission calls an exchanges and mobility program\nin sport for international cooperation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sport is a powerful tool, bringing people together at\ninternational, national, regional and local levels, and developing\npeople-to-people contacts. Cooperation, partnerships and exchanges at\ngrassroots level – inside the EU as well as with non-EU countries – can\ncontribute to the development of new skills and positively influence societal\nchanges. Moreover, sport organisations at all levels are by nature open to\ninternational cooperation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


\nThis preparatory action aims to contribute to the efforts of sport organisations\nby supporting the learning mobility of their staff. Exchanges of people, ideas\nand good practices can be beneficial for the individuals, for their\norganisations and for sport and society as a whole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Submission<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before beginning the application process, applicants are required to have\nboth of the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Applicants must have an EU Login (European Commission Authentication Service) account.<\/strong>
    If you do not already have an EU Login account, click please log on to the ECAS portal<\/a>\u00a0\u00a0to create one. If you are having problems creating an account, please refer to the\u00a0user manual<\/a>\u00a0to help you create an EU login.<\/li>
  2. Applicants should be registered in the <\/strong>Participant Portal<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0to obtain a PIC.<\/strong>
    Applicants who already have a PIC (Participant Identification Code) should use it. If you have a problem creating account or logging in, please access     the user manual<\/a>\u00a0of the Participant Portal.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Once the\ntwo steps above are completed, applicants can prepare and submit an\napplication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Proposals must be submitted using the online application form, using all required annexes.\u00a0\u00a0The application form and annexes will be posted online as soon as they become available.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
