Held by the ASEAN Youth Volunteer Programme Secretariat at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and University of the Philippines, in partnership with the ASEAN Secretariat and Ministry of Youth and Sports Malaysia, this programme aims to prepare ASEAN youth in contributing and improving the life of local communities.
