Kami bangga dengan pekerjaan yang kami lakukan dan tim kami yang luar biasa dengan orang-orang yang berdedikasi dapat melakukannya. LO (Petugas Penghubung)<\/strong><br>LO bertanggung jawab untuk:<br>- Penghubung antara peserta dan panitia.<br>- Membantu peserta selama program (penuh waktu selama dua minggu selama program). <br>- Menjaga suasana yang menyenangkan dan menyenangkan selama program berlangsung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Poin tambahan:<br>- Sangat baik dalam bahasa Inggris.<br>- Unggul dalam keterampilan komunikasi.<br>- Luar biasa dalam keramahan.<br>- Kemampuan untuk bekerja dengan berbagai orang dari latar belakang etnis dan kebangsaan yang berbeda.<br>- dalam Budaya Indonesia manapun (Batik, Dance, Games, dll)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Portofolio:<br>- Sertifikat menjadi LO dalam sebuah acara (format PDF, PNG, atau JPG)<br>- Kisah pengalaman Anda sebelumnya sebagai LO di acara internasional. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Penyelenggara Acara (EO)<\/strong><br>Penyelenggara Acara bertanggung jawab untuk:<br>- Mendesain program UM iCamp secara keseluruhan.<br>- Merencanakan, mengelola, dan mengatur seluruh acara secara detail.<br>- Menjadwalkan pertemuan dengan seluruh komite atau mitra.<br>- Mempersiapkan rencana manajemen risiko (risiko yang terkait dengan perencanaan acara dan produksi, sehingga EO harus memiliki rencana A, B C, dll.).<br>- Berkoordinasi dengan semua divisi dan memastikan bahwa setiap kegiatan selama program berjalan dengan baik.<br>- Menghubungi pembicara di setiap sesi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Portofolio:<br>- Sertifikat menjadi EO dalam suatu acara. (PDF, PNG, atau format JPEG)<br>- Kisah pengalaman Anda sebelumnya sebagai EO<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Logistik<\/strong><br>Tim Logistik bertanggung jawab untuk:<br>- Berdiskusi dengan divisi lain untuk membuat daftar hal-hal yang dibutuhkan di UM iCamp.<br>- Menyediakan dan mengatur hal-hal yang dibutuhkan untuk UM iCamp.<br>- Mendistribusikan hal-hal yang dibutuhkan ke divisi lain.<br>- Memastikan bahwa barang yang tepat diatur ke lokasi dan waktu yang tepat dengan biaya yang baik.<br>- Membuat perjanjian sewa \/ sewa kepada pihak lain.<br>- Menjaga semua properti (milik UM iCamp atau sewa).<br>- Mendekorasi ruangan UM iCamp di setiap lokasi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6. Katering<\/strong><br>Tim Katering bertanggung jawab untuk:<br>- Menyediakan minuman dan makanan di UM iCamp.<br>- Mengorganisir dan mengendalikan operasi katering.<br>- Perencanaan menu (peserta UM iCamp memiliki batasan makanan khusus atau alergi yang perlu dipertimbangkan).<br>- Merawat peralatan dapur.<br>- Menyusun Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>7. Sekretariat<\/strong><br>Tim Sekretariat bertanggung jawab untuk:<br>- Memproses surat dan dokumen<br>- Kompilasi Data<br>- Menjawab email<br>- Mengelola database<br>- Pembuatan dan Pengarsipan menit pertemuan<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Poin tambahan:<br>- Unggul dalam mengoperasikan Microsoft Office, gmail dan Google Drive<br>- Mahir berbahasa Inggris (tertulis dan lisan)<br>- Fleksibel untuk bekerja baik di rumah maupun di kantor<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>8. Keamanan<\/strong><br>Tim Keamanan bertanggung jawab untuk:<br>- Merumuskan dan menerapkan rencana dan strategi keamanan (bagaimana melindungi peserta, panitia, tamu, barang, merchandise, dll.)<br>- Memastikan barang-barang dan koper peserta aman.<br>- Membangun jaringan dengan keamanan Universitas Negeri Malang.<br>- Perencanaan untuk situasi darurat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>9. Transportasi<\/strong><br>Tim Transportasi bertanggung jawab untuk:<br>- Menyediakan transportasi untuk UM iCamp: bus, mini bus, mobil, dll.<br>- Mengelola dan mengarahkan koordinasi semua urusan transportasi di UM iCamp.<br>- Menjemput peserta dari bandara Abdul Rachman Saleh Malang, Stasiun Kereta Api Malang, dan Terminal Arjosari Malang dan mengantarkan mereka ke hotel yang telah mereka pesan di dekat Universitas Negeri Malang.<br>- Mengarahkan peserta yang belum memesan kamar hotel di hotel manapun (dengan harga terjangkau) di dekat Universitas Negeri Malang.<br>- Mengatur jadwal dan rute.<br>- Memastikan kendaraan aman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>10. Akomodasi<\/strong><br>Tim Akomodasi bertanggung jawab untuk:<br>- Membuat daftar rekomendasi hotel.<br>- Mengalokasikan peserta ke kamar hotel selama program berlangsung.<br>- Merencanakan setiap tempat yang digunakan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>11. Pensponsoran<\/strong><br>Tim Sponsorship bertanggung jawab untuk:<br>- Membuat daftar perusahaan yang akan didekati untuk UM iCamp Sponsorship.<br>- Mencari sponsor untuk beberapa pihak atau stakeholder (keuangan atau merchandise)<br>- Membangun jaringan dengan pemangku kepentingan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>12. Barang dagangan<\/strong><br>Tim Merchandise bertanggung jawab untuk:<br>- Merencanakan merchandise apa yang akan dibagikan kepada peserta, panitia, dan pihak lain.<br>- Bekerja sama dengan pemasok untuk menegosiasikan harga dan kuantitas.<br>- Memastikan ketersediaan barang dagangan dalam jumlah yang tepat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Poin tambahan:<br>- Luar biasa dalam keramahan<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>13. CateringCatering Team is responsible for:&#8211; Providing beverages and food in UM iCamp.&#8211; Organizing and controlling catering operations.&#8211; Menu planning (UM iCamp participants have their own special food restrictions or allergies to consider).&#8211; Maintaining kitchen tools.&#8211; Arranging a Budget Plan (RAB). 7. SecretariatSecretariat Team is responsible for:&#8211; Processing letters and documents&#8211; Data Compilation&#8211; Answering emails&#8211; Managing databases&#8211; Making and Archiving minute-meeting Additional points:&#8211; Excellent in operating Microsoft Office, gmail and Google Drive&#8211; Proficient in English (written and spoken)&#8211; Flexible to work both at home and at the office 8. SecuritySecurity Team is responsible for:&#8211; Formulating and implementing security plans and strategies (how to protect participants, committees, guests, goods, merchandise, etc.)&#8211; Making sure that participants&#8217; belongings and luggage are safe.&#8211; Building networks with Universitas Negeri Malang security.&#8211; Planning for emergency situation. 9. TransportationTransportation Team is responsible for:&#8211; Providing transportation for UM iCamp: buses, mini buses, cars, etc.&#8211; Managing and directing the coordination of all transportation matters in UM iCamp.&#8211; Picking up participants from Abdul Rachman Saleh Malang airport, Malang Train Station, and Arjosari Malang Bus Station and take them to the hotel they have reserved near Universitas Negeri Malang.&#8211; Directing participants who have not booked any hotel room in any hotels (with affordable price) near Universitas Negeri Malang.&#8211; Organising schedules and routes.&#8211; Making sure that vehicles are safe. 10. AccommodationAccommodation Team is responsible for:&#8211; Making a list of hotel recommendations.&#8211; Allocating participants to rooms in hotel during the program.&#8211; Planning every venue used. 11. SponsorshipSponsorship Team is responsible for:&#8211; Making a list of companies to approach for UM iCamp Sponsorship.&#8211; Seeking for sponsor to some parties or stakeholders (finance or merchandise)&#8211; Building networks with stakeholders. 12. MerchandiseMerchandise Team is responsible for:&#8211; Planning what merchandise will be distributed to the participants, committees, and other parties.&#8211; Collaborating with suppliers to negotiate prices and quantities.&#8211; Ensuring that the right amounts of merchandise are available. PublicationPublication Team is responsible for:&#8211; Designing media for UM iCamp publishing (in a form of pamphlet, brochure, poster, flyer).&#8211; Promoting UM iCamp to all over the world: through websites and social media.&#8211; Social media management (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter)&#8211; Website content management.&#8211; Writing news articles about UM iCamp.
