Universitas Negeri Malang (UM) is pleased to announce that registration is now open for the Inbound Student Mobility Programmes (Group 2) at SEGi University, Malaysia. These programs offer students a unique opportunity to gain international exposure, enhance professional skills, and explore the vibrant culture of Malaysia.
There are five distinct programs available, ranging from language immersion and cultural exploration to business and high-end technology.
Available Programmes
1. English Immersion Programme in a Multicultural Society
- Dates: 14 August – 27 August 2026 (14 Days)
- Location: Kuala Lumpur & Melaka
- Fee: USD 1,400
- Highlights: Strengthen English proficiency through interactive workshops, role-play simulations, and real-world communication in Malaysia’s multicultural setting.
2. Discover Malaysia: A Journey Through Cultural Exploration
- Dates: 16 August – 22 August 2026 (7 Days)
- Location: Kuala Lumpur & Ipoh
- Fee: USD 700
- Highlights: Explore Malaysia’s rich heritage, traditional arts, and culinary trails (including Nyonya food). Ideal for students interested in history, society, and multiculturalism.
3. Malaysia Nature Odyssey: A Cultural and Scenic Adventure
- Dates: 16 August – 22 August 2026 (7 Days)
- Location: Cameron Highlands & Pangkor Island
- Fee: USD 800
- Highlights: Eco-adventures including rainforest trekking, snorkeling, and visits to tea plantations. Focuses on biodiversity, sustainability, and environmental stewardship.
4. Global Enterprise Experience: Exploring Business Opportunity
- Dates: 3 September – 9 September 2026 (7 Days)
- Location: Bank Negara Museum, MATRADE, & Bursa Malaysia
- Fee: USD 800
- Highlights: Start-up simulations, business pitching, and visits to major financial hubs. Perfect for students looking to understand global business and emerging markets.
5. NextGen Tech Frontiers: AI, Robotics & App Design
- Dates: 3 September – 9 September 2026 (7 Days)
- Location: Planetarium, MyDIGITAL Corporation, & Grab HQ
- Fee: USD 650
- Highlights: Masterclasses on AI, Robotics, and IoT. Includes visits to tech hubs and innovation labs to understand the future of the digital economy.
Program Inclusions & Exclusions
The Program Fee includes:

The Program Fee DOES NOT include:
