- Exchange Duration: 1 Semester (6 months) or 2 Semesters (12 months)

Note on Student Activities Fees: The amount for student activities varies depending on the specific activities or programs the student chooses to participate in.
π Academic Information
- Course Load: Minimum 9 Units β Maximum 21 Units per semester.
- Language of Instruction: Most courses are offered in English.
- Restricted Courses: Exchange students are not permitted to enroll in Medicine atau Dentistry courses.
- Course Registration: Finalized after Orientation Week.
π Required Supporting Documents
Candidates must prepare the following for the application process:
- Academic Transcript: An up-to-date, certified official transcript (include a certified English translation if necessary).
- A clear copy of your current Student ID (KTM).
- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Confirmation Letter: Sample available at: https://io.usm.my/index.php/mobility
- Course Registration / Learning Agreement: A fully completed form listing your intended courses, signed by the Home Institution Coordinator (UM).
- Recommendation Letter: A formal letter from your Academic Advisor (Dosen PA) supporting your application.
- English Proficiency Certificate: A certified copy of IELTS, TOEFL, or other recognized English test results (required if English is not first language).
- Passport Details: A clear, high-quality scan of the bio-data page of your passport.
- Passport Photo: A digital copy with a plain white background (Dimensions: 4.5 cm high x 3.5 cm wide).
- Portfolio (Specific Majors): Required only for creative design-based courses. Must include slides and an academic reference to authenticate the work.
- Disability Support Details: Documentation of specific requirements (only if applicable).
