Malang — To enliven the warmth of Ramdhan 1440 Hijriyah, the Office of International Affairs Universitas Negeri Malang held an event to Share Free Takjil and Having Fast Break Together with International Students at Universitas Negeri Malang. The event was held on Friday, May 24, 2019 and began at 15.00 WIB.
This 4th Indonesian Day event was divided into several agendas. The first agenda was sharing session about Takjil. Then it was continued with wrapping Takjil together in the meeting room of the Office of International Affairs Universitas Negeri Malang. Although in a Ramadan atmosphere, international students and also the committees seemed cheerful and excited when they were wrapping 100 Takjil which going be distributed. After 100 Takjil were neatly wrapped and ready to be distributed, the committees and participants had a take pictures together which was documented in front of the Office of International Affairs, Universitas Negeri Malang.
The next agenda was, distributing Takjil to Jalan Surabaya. International students and the committees walked together to the Takjil distribution location. They looked enthusiastic in distributing 100 Takjil to motorists and people around Universitas Negeri Malang.
After distributing takjil, they walked back to the Office of International Affairs and prepared to break their fast. While waiting for breaking the fast, some people were seen chatting, joking and playing games. At exactly 17:30 all students and committees ate meals of breaking fast together.
Finally, the event ended by the delivery of impressions, then closed with a group photo at 18.30.
